On November 22-23, 2024, the Rotary Club of Aruba proudly hosted the much-anticipated return of the Rotary Leadership Institute (RLI) training for Rotary District 7030. This dynamic event, led by PDG Roger Bose, RLI Director for District 7030, marked a significant milestone in leadership development for Rotarians across the region. With a diverse group of participants and experienced facilitators, the training sessions brought renewed energy, collaboration, and a shared commitment to strengthening Rotary's impact.

| The two-day RLI training in Aruba brought together 14 Rotarians from the Rotary Club of Aruba, one Rotarian from the Central Port of Spain, Trinidad, three Rotaractors from the Rotaract Club of Aruba, and even a representative from a local Kiwanis club. This unique mix of participants highlighted the inclusivity and appeal of RLI training in fostering leadership and collaboration across various organizations and communities. |

A Warm Welcome and Spirited Engagement
| Participants were greeted by the exceptional hospitality of the Aruba Rotarians, who ensured a welcoming and inspiring atmosphere for everyone. Guided by a team of distinguished Discussion Leaders—PDG Roger Bose, PDG Lee Phares, PDG Sonya Alleyne, PDG Elwin Atmodimedjo, and PDG Drew Monaghan—the sessions covered Parts 1 and 2 of RLI training, focusing on leadership principles, effective club management, and strategies for community impact.
