General Assembly Meeting - Members only

This event is a general assembly meeting for the members of our service club. 

The event starts at 6:30 p.m. with cocktails. The meeting starts at 7:00 p.m. 

This meeting will be restricted to members only; unfortunately no guests are allowed to be present. 

The agenda for this assembly meeting is:

1. Opening and hymns;
2. Invocation and attendance;
3. Approval of minutes of the assembly meetings;
   1. January 20th 2025
4. Approval of Fiesta Donations;
5. Presenting of Membership Survey results;
6. Freeword;
7. Adjournment with closing song.
