General Assembly Meeting - Members only

This event is a general assembly meeting for the members of our service club. 

The event starts at 6:30 p.m. with cocktails. The meeting starts at 7:00 p.m. 

This meeting will be restricted to members only; unfortunately no guests are allowed to be present.

3. Approval of minutes of the assembly meetings;

4. Approval of adapted Slate: Board 2025-2026
5. Approval of changes to club constitution as per Rotary International guidelines;

7. Presenting of draft Financial Figures 2024-2025 July 2024 -May 2025;
8. Pinning out current board;

10. Adjournment with closing song.
