Petros Aquaculture Operations is developing Aruba's first sustainable open-ocean fish farm, marking an important step toward economic diversification for the island. The project focuses on growing Red Snapper (Lutjanus Campechanus), a premium fish species that naturally inhabits the waters of Aruba.  The fish farm will be strategically located 8.5 kilometers offshore in deep ocean waters, positioning it far from Aruba's coral reefs, beaches, and coastal ecosystems.
